Description

The pendant is made similar to the Mush’s forehead adornment. The so-called “new” ornaments, symbolizing the new moon, with rings and onlaid granulation, hang from the bottom part with rings. The combination of the triangle and the new moon had magical-protective significance, symbolizing health and happiness, and protected the woman from evil forces and infertility.
