The pendant is made by the example of a tetradrachm of Tigran the Great of 95-55 BC, found in the excavations of Sarnakunk.
Obv.: Bust of the king looking right, in Armenian tiara with the sun-star between two eagles.
The tetradrachm was cut down in the city of Artashat, in the 37th year of the reign in 59 BC.
