The three-dimensional sculpture shows a standing deer. The deer belonged to the middle, i.e. the solar and stellar spheres, playing the role of mediators between the top and the bottom. It embodied the Sun and elemental forces: thunder, lightning and water. It conditioned fertility and life on earth.
